Ammonite Sport Events has opened a second location. In addition to Amsterdam, we now also have a location in Leusden. The big advantage of our location in Leusden is that we manage our own natural grass field. This means we have access to a high-quality natural grass field all year round. Our guests stay in the Van der Valk hotel, located a 10-minute bike ride from the football field.

The Van der Valk Hotel Amersfoort - Leusden is conveniently located on the A28 highway and close to the A1 highway. Schiphol Airport is 63.8 km away. The hotel rooms have a private bathroom, free WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities and a balcony. The hotel is a 10-minute bike ride from the football field and the teams can use the external gym across the road free of charge.

Own natural grass field

Most (foreign) football teams that go to a training camp (during the summer period) want to train and play on natural grass. In general, all natural grass fields are out for 2 to 3 months in the summer for maintenance. We have our own natural grass field and can use the field 365 days a year.

We also support associations in organizing practice matches and tournaments for both professional football teams and amateur associations. Ask for the possibilities.

Every team staying at the Van der Valk Leusden hotel can use the gym across the road free of charge. There are 120 cardio and strength machines in the spacious and climate-controlled fitness room or in the outdoor fitness room. There are also extensive options in the field of racket sports. There are 5 squash courts, 3 indoor tennis courts, 4 outdoor tennis courts and 3 padel courts. Ideal to do as an alternative training or team building activity.
